• Our products are available in limited quantities, and due to their bespoke nature, restocks are not guaranteed.

• Colors, fabrics, and designs may vary slightly due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our items.

• All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be received before an order is processed.

• Custom orders or pre-orders may require a deposit, which is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship both domestic and international. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services.

• Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs fees incurred at the destination.

• Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to coordinate a return or exchange. 

Return shipping is at buyer's cost.

Custom items and pre-order items are non-refundable.
